Measure a full circumference around the fullest part of the chest or bust including the shoulder blades. Make sure to keep the tape measure straight and level.
HIP
Women's hips should be measured around the fullest part of the bottom. Again, make sure to keep the tape measure straight and level.
WAIST
Measure a full circumference above the natural waistline. Tape measure ladies? straight and level.
